How do I check the status of my order?

COVID-19 Update: As our supply chain takes every precaution for the health and safety of its staff members and our customers, you may experience longer than expected delivery times.

Go to the Login tab at the top of the home page or click here. You can choose to log in to My Account or enter your Order Number.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track the status of your package.

Can I change or cancel my order once confirmed?

Unfortunately not. Once your order is confirmed, it is sent to our warehouse for processing. You will need to return the original package for a refund. Please click here to initiate a return through our returns area.

How do I return or exchange an item?

To start your free return you need to contact our Customer Service team here.

Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, you must return the original item and place a new order. Remember that only one return can be generated per order. For more information, visit our page Returns & Exchanges.

 

What types of payment are accepted?

The PUMA Online Store offers the following payment methods:

1 . We accept Visa and Mastercard credit and debit card payment methods. For your security, use the digital cards issued by your bank for online purchases

2. We accept PayPal.

 

How do I use a promotional code / coupon?

To use your promotion or coupon code, enter the code by clicking "Go to Cart." Make sure to enter the code with the exact spelling and capitalization as shown. Click "apply" for the discount to be applied. The discounted amount will be displayed on the Order Summary and Shopping Bag pages. If the code is not valid, has expired or you did not place the correct products in the shopping bag, the discount will not be applied.

 

What happens if I receive a defective or damaged item?

If you have received a damaged item or believe an item is defective, please contact Customer Service at 55-5955-1520 - or you can send us an email toservice-mx@puma.com.

 

 

How do I take care of my PUMA products?

Clothing

Please refer to the individual care instructions provided on the PUMA garment you have purchased. Care instructions will vary depending on the material and type of clothing. In general, avoid putting clothes in the dryer, as they can shrink. To prevent damage to printed graphics and embroidery, wash and iron your PUMA clothing inside out.

 

Footwear

All PUMA shoes are designed with  materials that require little or no maintenance. However, there are some simple ways to keep your shoes fresh and in tip-top condition for longer. 

General care

Clean your shoes immediately after use if they have been exposed to mud or dirt.

Use your sneakers only for their intended purpose.

Dry your sneakers by removing the insole and letting them air dry.

Pack your sneakers with crumpled newspaper when you take them off to help retain their shape.

Never wash or dry sneakers in a washing machine or dryer.

Keep your shoes away from heat sources such as heaters, radiators or dryers.

 

Cleaning instructions according to material

Leather: Hand wash with a piece of soft cloth dampened in cold water and with soap for delicate garments. Do not submerge or soak the shoes.

Nylon and Canvas : Using a piece of soft cloth, gently rub the top with a mild soap and cool water, then air dry. Do not bleach or use aggressive cleaning agents.

Suede and Nubuck: Use a brush designed specifically for suede to keep the outer surface of your shoes clean. Do not wet.

CSynthetic leather: Use a piece of soft cloth or a soft-bristled brush to carefully rub the upper part with a soap  for delicate garments and cold water, then let it dry in the open air.

What is the shipping cost?

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $1299 MXN.

For purchases under $1299 MXN, we offer standard shipping at a cost of $99 MXN.

 

How long will the delivery take to be made?

Once we receive your order, standard delivery time will generally be 5-7 business days.

How will I know that my order has been confirmed?

When your package is delivered to our shipping partner (DHL), you will receive an email confirmation. This shipping confirmation will contain a tracking number that you can use to track the status of your package online. The track and trace system can be used to track the progress of your package. (Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to be reflected in the DHL system).

What happens if I am not at home when the package is delivered?


If the delivery person cannot find you at home, you will receive a notification informing you that a second attempt will be made on a specific date.

 

I can't complete the order with the "Credit Card" payment option.

I have returned an item, how can I get my money back?


The payment of a REFUND can take up to 14 days to be reflected in your bank account once the package you returned has been received and quality controlled.

 

Can I return something that was not ordered in mx.puma.com?

No, only orders placed in our online store can be returned by this means.

 

To which countries does the PUMA MX online store deliver?

We currently only offer online sales deliveries to addresses in Mexico.

 

Can you send me a catalog?


PUMA products are only available for online viewing. Unfortunately, we are unable to send you a printed version.
