1 - Pecho Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape measure horizontal.
2 - Cintura Measure around the narrowest part of the waist (usually two finger widths above the navel) keeping the tape measure horizontal
3 - Cadera Measure around the fullest part of your hips, keeping the tape measure horizontal.
4 -Costura lateral Measure vertically starting at the hip towards the ankle
